Return & Exchange Policy – IntimateKart.com

At IntimateKart, your satisfaction and privacy are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we maintain a strict but fair return and exchange policy to ensure hygiene and customer safety.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 36 hours of delivery.
If there is any issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), you must report it to us within 36 hours from the time of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original condition.
We do not accept returns of items that have been used, tested, unsealed, or licked due to health and hygiene concerns.
Opening video is mandatory.
You must provide a clear, unedited video of the product being opened (from the moment the packaging is intact) as proof in case of a damaged or incorrect product claim.
Return must include original packaging.
All tags, user manuals, and packaging materials must be returned along with the product.

❌ Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective:

Sex toys
Lingerie & undergarments
Lubricants and consumable products
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our support team at support@intimatekart.com within 36 hours of receiving the product.
Share your order number and unboxing video.
If your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Once the product is inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed once the returned product passes quality checks.
For COD orders, a refund will be processed to your provided bank account after successful return inspection.

📌 Important Notes

No returns will be accepted after 36 hours from delivery.
Products returned without approval or without an unboxing video will be rejected.
IntimateKart reserves the right to deny any return if the product does not meet our return criteria.
